1. Search and add foods to your list in the search box.
  2. Create a new list by choosing "Add New" in the list drop down menu.
  3. Click on the name and try something new to rename your list.
  4. Choose the nutrients important to you by clicking "Options".
  5. Select up to 15 foods for each list!
