"It's 2025, I've been using this website for several years and I've found it invariably helpful. I recently struggled with a disease that tanked my ability to eat most foods over the course of a few years as I and a ton of doctors struggled to figure out what was happening. At the worst of it, I was left with about five things that didn't make me sick and due to this I needed a rather in-depth look at what those foods provided me so that I could manage my health the best I could through supplements.
